Burns is a Vice President & Assistant Director of Research at Greenleaf Asset Management, Inc. He contributes to portfolio construction and asset allocation and is responsible for development and implementation of fixed income strategies.
He is a voting member of the investment committee and chair of the fixed income committee.
Mr. Burns was employed as an Associate by Bessemer Trust Co., NA.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with high distinction from the University of Michigan and a master of accounting degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
He is a CFA charter holder, a licensed CPA, and has earned the Certified Financial Planner certification.
