Prior to joining Polar Capital, Mr. Liégeois-Williams spent seven years managing the global equity portfolio of Liberties Investments, an independent asset manager running portfolios for various foundations and endowments.
He began his career in 1997 at Baillie Gifford working as an Investment Analyst in the European and UK teams, before stints with TAL Asset Management and Hermes Focus Funds as Senior Investment Analyst.
He graduated with a French & Business degree from QMW College, University of London, an Economics degree from Grenoble University, and an MSc in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling.
He is also a CFA charterholder.
