Christopher Siversen is an Executive Chef of The Glazier Group, Inc. He joined Bridgewaters as an Executive Chef in October 1999.
Prior to joining the Glazier Group, Mr. Siversen was an Executive Chef of Pamela Morgan's Flavors from 1995 to 1999 and an Assistant Chef Instructor and Sous Chef at The French Culinary Institute from 1993 1994.
He was appointed as Grade Manager of Alison on Dominick and as Line Cook/Sauté at The 21 Club.
