He previously served as Chairman of Greater Halifax Partnership, Director of The Bank of Canada, Director of Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, Independent Director of Visionary Holdings, Inc., President & Vice Chancellor of St. Mary's University, and President of Canadian Bureau for International Education.
Dr. Dodds holds a graduate and doctorate degree from The University of Sheffield, an undergraduate degree from The University of Hull, and an undergraduate degree from The Open University Business School.
