Connor Winn

Connor Winn is a Vice President for Fulcrum Equity Partners and is focused on evaluating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence on companies that meet the fund’s criteria and supporting portfolio companies with their growth initiatives.
Connor joined Fulcrum in 2016 as an Associate and was subsequently promoted to Senior Associate and Vice President.
In conjunction with his roles & responsibilities at Fulcrum, Connor joined LiveSource as VP of Finance in 2021 to support the Company’s financial management strategy and contribute to the execution of the organization’s strategic goals.
Prior to Fulcrum, Connor worked at Citizens M&A Advisory, a leading middle-market investment bank, where he provided M&A and capital raising advisory services to a variety of software, tech-enabled services and healthcare clients.
Connor started his career with Actuate Partners, a technology-focused venture capital fund where he was responsible for supporting multiple portfolio companies in day-to-day business operations, analysis of investment opportunities, market research and financial modeling.
Connor graduated cum laude from the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Scheller College of Business with a B.S.
in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
While at Georgia Tech, Connor was a 4-year letter winner for the Varsity baseball team, where he became a captain of the 8th ACC Championship team in school history.
Outside of Fulcrum, Connor serves on the Board of Directors for The Fellowship of Christian Athletes – Georgia Tech, the Technology Association of Georgia’s Corporate Development Society, as well as the Georgia Tech Business Network.
