Dariusz Mioduski

Dariusz Mioduski is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Radwan Investments GmbH.
He is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Legia Warszawa SA since 2014.

He also served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Polenergia SA from 2012 to 2013.
Mr. Mioduski was the President of Kulczyk Holding SA from 2007 to 2013.
He was an Executive Partner at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP and a Non-Executive Director at Aurelian Oil & Gas Ltd.
He was also a Member of the Supervisory Board at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA, Autostrada Wielkopolska SA, and Autostrada Eksploatacja SA. Mr. Mioduski completed his undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas (Texas) in 1987.
He obtained his graduate degree from Harvard Law School in 1990.
