David D. Lee

Mr. David D.
Lee is a Director of Direct Investments at Promethean Capital Group LLC.
He is focused on origination and execution of direct investments/financings.
Prior to joining Promethean, Mr. Lee was CFO at TruBios, LLC where he managed the finance, business development, and corporate development activities at the company.
He also served as Partner of TruBios Ventures (an affiliate of TruBios, LLC), where he assisted portfolio companies with strategy and capital formation.
Mr. Lee began his career as a management consultant at Booz-Allen Hamilton and Accenture, advising clients on corporate and IT strategy.
Mr. Lee received his MBA in Finance from Johns Hopkins University in 2005 and B.S.
in Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1998.
