David Godsell

David Godsell is Vice President, Human Resources and Environment, Health and Safety.
In this position, he has global responsibilities for all aspects of organization's human resources function as well as environment, health and safety.
Mr. Godsell joined Alcan in 1979.
After joining Alcan, he held human resources positions of increasing responsibility within the downstream Alcan fabrication group before transferring to Alcan's smelting company in British Columbia.
From 1996 until January 2005, Mr. Godsell was the Vice President of Human Resources and Environment, Health and Safety for Alcan Rolled Products Americas and Asia.
Mr. Godsell began his career with the Continental Can Company in 1978 prior to joining Alcan.
Born in 1955, Mr. Godsell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton
