David H. Sachs

Mr. David H.
Sachs, CFA, is an Analyst at Bronte Capital Management Pty Ltd.
He sits on the investment committee of Bronte and focuses primarily on the short portfolio and the construction of Bronte’s unique person database.
He leads Bronte’s effort to systematically identify companies that have a predisposition to over-state, mis-state or simply over-promise in their results that yields a rich source of potential companies to short.
Mr. Sachs has over 15 years experience in tech-focused buy side firms as an investor at Trident Capital, Redpoint Ventures and hedge fund Connective Capital.
He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
