Accipiter Capital Management LLC (Accipiter) is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor and hedge fund manager headquartered in Jupiter, Florida. The firm was founded by Gabe Hoffman in 2002. Accipiter serves as investment manager to one pooled investment vehicle, a private investment partnership.

Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Banc of America Securities (BAS) is the investment banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corp (NYSE: BAC).
