Mr. David Wagner is a Senior Managing Director & Portfolio Manager at PPM America, Inc. He is responsible for investment and allocation decisions for the firm’s floating rate income strategy and collateralized loan obligations which are managed on behalf of investors globally.
Prior to joining PPM in April 2000, Mr. Wagner was a vice president at First Source Financial, Inc. where he underwrote and analyzed a diverse portfolio of bank loan investments and managed a team of underwriting and portfolio analysts.
Previously, he was a manager at Household Commercial Financial Services, Inc. where he managed bank loan investments, including troubled debt restructurings.
Mr. Wagner earned a master’s degree in management and marketing from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin.
