Dexter Vaz

Mr. Vaz joined Guardian Operations and Advisory Company in 2022 as the Director of Supply Chain, Portfolio Operations and plays an integral role in operational due diligence, value creation opportunity identification, and working alongside portfolio company management teams post-acquisition to successfully execute against value creation initiatives.
Dexter also supports and partners with the investment team and portfolio company management teams to evaluate new platforms and add-on acquisitions.
Prior to joining Guardian, Dexter was a Director of Global Supply Chain & Procurement at Vantage Elevator Solutions where he led supply chain and sourcing for eight companies within the Vantage portfolio, which at that time was a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital.
Prior to that, Dexter spent eight years with General Electric working a myriad number of roles within supply chain.
Dexter was part of GE's Corporate Audit Staff following his graduation from GE's Information Technology Leadership Program.
Dexter earned his MBA from S.P.
Jain Institute of Management & Research and his Bachelor of Engineering from St. Francis Institute of Technology.
