She led multi-disciplinary teams across business units and functions globally and collaborated with startups to drive innovation and growth.
Prior to McKesson, Ella was a principal with Kearney management consulting leading growth strategy, transformation and M&A work for global healthcare and retail clients.
Ella holds an MBA with great distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce with great distinction from McGill University.
