He started his career in 1989 at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Dallas as a Certified Public Accountant in the firm's Real Estate Advisory group.
Mr. Alt received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas and his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
