Francis Ding

Francis is an advisor to the Portfolio Operations Team for COPE Private Equity.
He is also a director of a corporate advisory firm based in Singapore with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and pre-IPO advisory.
Prior to this, Francis worked at investment banking units of banks and securities brokerages.
He was previously the Director and Head of Corporate Finance and Transaction Execution at the Singapore investment banking arm of a regional banking group.
Francis is a chartered financial analyst with the CFA Institute and holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, Australia.
