Frédéric Brassard

Mr. Frédéric Brassard is Vice President at Fiera Axium Infrastructure, Inc. since 2009.
He has several years of experience in the areas of legal and financial advisory in corporate project finance and merger & acquisition transactions.
Mr. Brassard was previously with Stikeman Elliott LLP where he practiced law with a focus on securities law, corporate finance and corporate governance matters as well as on public and private mergers & acquisitions.
He also served in the Canadian Forces (Naval Reserve) as Navy Lieutenant.
Mr. Brassard is a legal, finance and public policy professional, holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Civil Law awarded with Distinction by McGill University, an MBA with specialization in Finance awarded by the London Business School (London, United Kingdom) and a Master of Public Policy and Administration with specialization in Political Economy (Gold Medalist) awarded by Concordia University.
He was called to the Bar of the State of New York in 2001 and to the Bars of the Province of Québec and of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2002.
