The company effects its restructuring process by carefully analyzing the individual borrower's payment history, defining just how much the borrower can afford to pay each month and then the company restructure the financial variables such that the borrower can afford the new payment. Liberty has a Real Estate Owned Group, is composed of two operating groups such as Retail Brokerage and REO Disposition.
