Gary Heinfeld co-founded Heinfeld, Meech & Co. PC in 1986 and currently serves as a Partner.
He is a Member of the Advisory Committee for the Governmental Accounting Standards Board, Member of the Special Review Committee for Government Finance Officers Association's Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
Mr. Heinfeld is Chairman of the ASBO International Certificate of Excellence Program and a Member of the ASBO International Eagle Awards Selection Panel, the International Self-Evaluation Worksheet Task Force Member, the ASBO International Certificate of Excellence Committee, and the ASBO International Accounting, Auditing, and Budgeting Committee.
Mr. Heinfeld has 11 years of experience in working in governmental accounting and auditing.
He received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona in 1975.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Financial Manager.
