ING Investment Management Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Ltd. (INGIM-HK) is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of ING Insurance International B.V., ultimately owned by ING Groep NV (NYSE: ING). INGIM was founded in 1994 and provides asset management services to institutions, pension funds, insurance companies, fund distributors, foundations, high net-worth individuals and retail customers. They manage a range of global and regional investment products covering all asset classes. INGIM-HK was incorporated in 1997 and is the head office for the Asia Pacific region, responsible for Asian and Australasian products. The firm coordinates activities and reports to the parent group for offices in Singapore, India, Japan, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand, Malaysia, as well as joint ventures in Thailand, Taiwan and Korea. INGIM-HK services Asian institutions, governments, and private individuals, offering active investment management capabilities and a range of mutual funds. INGIM-HK manages sub-funds of umbrella funds domiciled in Europe and the US, focusing on Asian markets. They distribute the range of funds managed within the parent group and also co-advises a global property equities fund, working in close relationship with US-based ING Clarion.

ING Investment Management (Australia) Ltd. (INGIM-AU) is the Australian subsidiary of UBS Global Asset Management (Australia) Ltd., itself a subsidiary of UBS AG (NYSE: UBS) in Switzerland. INGIM-AU provides investment services to Australian institutions (pension funds, government agencies, charitable organizations) and high-net-worth individuals. They also offer pooled and segregated products covering all asset classes. The firm operates in close relationship with ING Australia Ltd., a joint venture between ING and ANZ Bank, advising a variety of external funds, in particular the OptiMix Fund of Funds investment platform.
