Gregory Hearne is Founder and President of The OakHill Group Ltd.
Prior to joining the OakHill Group, he was a Program Manager of J.G.
Van Dyke & Associates (VDA).
He worked for The Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (USDI), The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), Computeristics, Inc., and HRB Singer, Inc. Mr. Hearne was Program Manager and Senior System Architect on the Global Command and Control System (GCCS) Monitoring Center (GMC) for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Program Manager of a Research and Development for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
He was Lead Network Engineer of the European Division of MITRE Corp.
Mr. Hearne began his career as a Communications and Intelligence Analyst at US Department of the Air Force in 1978.
He has over 25 years of systems engineering experience in the command, control, communications, and intelligence (C3I) environment.
Mr. Hearne received a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 1987.
