Gustavo Alba is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Miami office and the global managing partner of the Technology & Services Practice.
Gustavo has extensive experience with searches placing CEOs, COOs, managing partners, and other executive leaders across management consulting, professional services, and technology organizations.
In addition, he has also led chief strategy and transformation searches for clients across industries.
Heidrick & Struggles’ global Technology & Services Practice works broadly across software, professional and technology services, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, and hardware organizations on their critical talent needs.
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Gustavo was a managing partner of another executive search firm’s New York office where he focused on helping CEOs and other executives across professional services organizations.
Previously, Gustavo was the head of global recruiting at Booz & Company reporting to the CHRO.
He was responsible for external hiring and executive talent integration.
Before that, Gustavo founded the International Recruiting Group.
