Hiok Chiou Chan

Hiok Chiou joined the Vertex Growth team in December 2019 Prior to joining Vertex, Hiok Chiou was a Senior Associate in the financial services department at Allen & Gledhill LLP.
His practice encompassed capital markets and investments funds, with a focus on private funds, REITs and business trusts.
He was the lead associate for several initial public offerings of REITs on the Singapore Exchange as well as acquisitions, divestments and fundraisings via secondary offerings.
He was also involved in the formation of private funds and subsequent direct investments by fund managers.
Hiok Chiou graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2015 and was called to the Singapore Bar on 2016.
