Hugues Lacroix

Before joining Solidarity Fund in 1997, Mr. Lacroix held senior management positions in various retail (Mr. Felix & Mr. Norton Cookies and Just Kids), real estate (Iberville Developments), distribution (Williams & Wilson) and consulting firms.
His areas of expertise are finance, governance and strategic planning.
In addition to recent mandates as a member of the board of Manac inc., Spectra Premium Industries and Groupe Environnemental Labrie, Mr. Lacroix has also served on the boards of many public, private and not-for-profit companies and as vice-chair of the Executive Committee of the Québec Section of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and on the Board of Directors of the Québec Chartered Accountants Ordre (QCAO).
A Chartered Accountant since 1983, Mr. Lacroix holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UQAC and an MBA from Université de Sherbrooke.
He is also a graduate of the ICD Director Executive Program, where he obtained the professional designation of Certified Director (ICD.D).
