Prior to joining StormHarbour Securities, he was at JPMorgan where most recently he was a Managing Director in the Leverage and Acquisition Finance team in London.
He was responsible for originating, structuring and arranging investment grade and non-investment grade bank and bond transactions primarily for corporate clients, but also private equity clients in EMEA.
He started in JPMorgan's New York office, where he worked in the Emerging Markets Group covering clients primarily in Africa.
He relocated to the London office to work in their newly formed Emerging Markets Investment Banking Group in 1996.
Mr. Stewart has a MA from the University of Toronto and a BA from Princeton University.
