Earley, II, is a Secretary & General Counsel at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
He joined the firm in 1989.
He has overall responsibility for: legal services, subrogation, government relations, public relations, broker coordination, national sales, government accounts, product development, communications, corporate planning and financial investigation.
He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, and the District of Columbia Bar.
Mr. Earley holds a Law degree from The Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
