Synovus Trust Co. NA (Investment Management) (STC-IM) is the separately identifiable division of Synovus Trust Co. NA, a nationally chartered trust company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm was founded in 1990 as the trust department of Columbus Bank and Trust (CB&T), which was formed in 1930, and expanded into Synovus Trust in 1995. They are the predecessor firm of GLOBALT Investments LLC. STC-IM offers trust services such as estate planning and settlement, asset management and trust administration to various clients.
