Jan Rupke Winters

Winters, JD, CFP joined AMBS Investment Counsel, LLC in 2007.
She is President and a Principal of the firm.
Jan is responsible for coordinating contact and implementing strategy for many of AMBS' Institutional and Private Clients.
She is also responsible for the day-to-day management of Client Service, Sales, Operations and Compliance at AMBS.
Jan attends meetings of the AMBS Investment Committee, which enables her to possess an in-depth understanding of current portfolio holdings and positioning.
Jan has been in the trust and investment business since 1990, spending most of her career at Old Kent/Fifth Third Bank where she was most recently Vice President in the Private Client Group.
She graduated from Calvin College earning a BS in 1977 and completed her graduate work at DePaul University in 1981, earning her MA.
She completed her Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1985.
