Jin Ping Qu

Jin Ping Qu is currently the Deputy Chairman of the China Altered-Properties Plastics Association, the Deputy Chairman of the Guangdong Material Research Society, and the Chairman of the Guangzhou Mechanical Engineering Research Institute Co. Ltd.
He is also a Professor at the South China University of Technology since 1998 and a Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering since 2011.
Additionally, he holds positions as a Council Member in various organizations including the China Plastic Machine Industry Association, the China Plastics Processing Industry Association, the Chinese Materials Research Society, and the Guangdong Inventor Association.
Previously, Dr. Qu served as a Non-Executive Director at Cosmos Machinery Enterprises Ltd.
from 2006 to 2023.
He obtained a doctorate degree from Sichuan University in 1999 and completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the South China University of Technology in 1982 and 1987 respectively.
