MemfoACT AS
MemfoACT AS Oilfield Services/EquipmentIndustrial Services MemfoACT has a new carbon membrane solution for (among others) upgrading of biogas to vehicle fuel quality and intend to produce carbon membrane modules and sell biomethane production units to existing biogas plants. Membrane separation enables separation of gases without the use of chemicals or other contaminants. Synthetic membranes imitate natures own separation method, known from internal organs such as kidneys and lungs where urea and oxygen are separated from blood. The special feature of the carbon membrane is its ability to combine high selectivity with high productivity which results in low gas separation costs. The production of biomethane involves separating CO2 from methane, which are the main gases present in biogas. The resulting biomethane is a valuable asset in the ever growing energy market and can be used directly as fuel in cars and buses, or be fed into the gas pipeline network. | Fundador | - |
