Jonathan Edwards

Jonathan is the director of finance and responsible for the oversight of TriPost’s accounting, tax and financial reporting requirements, as well as for establishing and maintaining a sound control environment within the Firm.
As director of finance, Jonathan also plays an integral role in ensuring the operations of the Firm are SEC compliant.
Prior to joining TriPost, Jonathan was a manager at CohnReznick in the real estate practice group.
Jonathan was primarily responsible for conducting audits of private equity real estate funds, developers and properties, as well as for providing transactional due diligence and financial reporting consultation.
Jonathan received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Muhlenberg College and is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of New York.
