Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) is an organization that aims to achieve gender equity in higher education leadership and beyond. HERS is based in Denver, CO and hosts an Executive Coaching program in partnership with Academic Search, Inc. The non-profit company offers leadership programs and conduct gender equity research. The program is designed to help effective leaders become even stronger. HERS Program Facilitators are mid-senior level practitioners and leaders who share their knowledge and experience as women-identified professionals in higher education or related fields.
