Kelly Ward

Ms. Kelly Ward is an Investment Analyst at Metope Investment Managers (Pty) Ltd.
She is responsible for research into the listed property sector, on both an industry view and also a fundamental stock basis.
Her analysis of individual companies informs our investment decisions.
Prior to this, Ms. Ward worked in the Property Risk division at Investec Private Bank in Johannesburg.
She is a qualified Professional Valuer registered with the SA Council for the Property Valuers Profession, having gained extensive experience in the valuation of the listed property sector during her time at Old Mutual Property and later Old Mutual Investment Group South Africa (OMIGSA).
She holds BSc Property Studies (Hons) degree.
