Ken Staab

Mr. Ken Staab is Executive Vice President at American Stock Transfer & Trust Co. Prior to joining AST in 2006, Mr. Stabb spent eight years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Wachovia Corporation’s Corporate Trust Group.
Prior to taking this role, his banking career included positions with both Wachovia and First Union Corporation, including Cash Management Consulting, Trust Management, Correspondent Banking, and Corporate & Investment Banking.
Overall, he has wealth of experience in financial services.
Mr. Stabb is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, with dual degrees in Economics and History.
He is an active member in several industry associations including the Securities Transfer Association (STA), National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, the Shareholder Services Association (SSA), The National Investment Company Service Association (NICSA) and National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP).
