Mr. Donahey served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from its formation on May 11, 1999 until his appointment as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President.
From November 5, 1998 until May 11, 1999, Mr. Donahey served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the America Group of HCA Inc. ("HCA"), a health services company.
Prior to that time, Mr. Donahey served in various financial positions, including Senior Vice President and Controller, with HCA and its predecessor.
