Webb is a Co-Founder of Access Plans USA, Inc. and has been a Director since June 1996 and Medical Director since August 2001.
He was Chairman of Access Plans USA until December 2000 and General Partner of Advantage Data Systems, Ltd.
and Medicard Plus- ADS LP.
Dr. Webb is a General and Vascular Surgeon and a Co-Founder and a Director of Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma LLC.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Clinical Professor of the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Webb was a Director of the Smart Card Industry Association.
He is a Surgical Consultant of the Ethicon Division for Johnson & Johnson Co. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his residency in General and Vascular Surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Services Center.
