In 2005, he was engaged in a variety of senior risk roles at Dresdner Bank.
Prior to that, he was employed by Merrill Lynch from 1991 to 1999, where he initially managed the global non-Dollar bond options derivatives business and the European rates proprietary trading desk before going on to head the global FX options business as well as the FX proprietary trading desk.
From 1984 to 1991, he was employed in a variety of roles in Debt Capital Markets with Morgan Stanley in New York, Tokyo and London.
Mr. Bespolka graduated in 1984 from Swarthmore College with a degree in Economics conferred with High Honors.
