Kristiana Santos

Based in the firm’s New York office, Kristiana is a member of the investment team and is primarily responsible for supporting transaction due diligence and execution, with a focus on financial modeling, project valuation and analytics, as well as asset valuation.
Prior to joining Axium in 2023, Kristiana worked at Barclays in the Latin America M&A investment banking group, where she was involved in M&A transactions across various infrastructure sectors.
Kristiana graduated from the World Bachelor in Business program with three Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Università Bocconi.
