Li Sun

Ms. Li Sun is Real Estate Analyst at Oriel Securities Ltd.
She joined Oriel Securities in September 2009 to cover the real estate sector.
She was was previously an Associate at National Bank of Canada in Toronto where she was a REITs analyst with principle responsibility for financial modelling across the bank’s universe of real estate stocks.
She moved to cover real estate within the bank having established herself in the telecoms and cable sector.
Her career commenced with accountancy firm Soberman LLP where she qualified in 2004.
Whilst she specialised in taxation, her prior roles in the firm included audits of multiple real estate and development-based companies where her interest in the sector was developed.
Ms. Sun has a first class degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
