Dippel is a President & Chief Executive Officer at Financial Advantage, Inc. She serves as a Senior Wealth Advisor, providing long term financial planning, including tax strategies, insurance analysis and investment management to individuals and client families.
She also is responsible for firm's daily operations and coordinating the efforts of the management, advisory, and service teams to ensure the firm stays focused on clients’ long-term goals.
She also serves on firm's Investment Committee.
As an Advisor, she focuses on working with women experiencing life transitions such as marriage transitions, active partnership divestments, career changes and retirement.
Ms. Dippel was previously employed as a Financial Advisor by Miller Musmar and a Co-Founder & Principal by Symphony Financial Planning LLC.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and a graduate degree from George Mason University.
