Mara O'Brian

Mr. O’Mara leads underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio management for Delta.
Prior to joining Delta, Mr. O’Mara was a Partner at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, one of the world’s leading complex litigation law firms.
At Robbins Geller, Mr. O’Mara focused his practice on complex shareholder, antitrust, and consumer protection disputes, and pursued claims in state and federal courts across the country.
During his time at Robbins Geller, Mr. O’Mara served as lead or co-lead counsel in numerous shareholder, consumer protection, and antitrust actions involving companies in the financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, entertainment/gaming, and telecommunications industries, which have collectively yielded recoveries exceeding $1 billion.
In addition, Mr. O’Mara was engaged in all aspects of worldwide client development, counseling, and outreach, focusing on domestic and international pension and investment funds.
Mr. O’Mara has been twice recognized by the American Antitrust Institute’s Antitrust Enforcement Awards for the category of Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in private law practice, has been named a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine for six consecutive years before joining Delta, and has been recognized as a Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyer by Lawdragon.
