Marcos Esteve

Mr. Marcos Esteve is a Chief Executive Officer at Banque Heritage SA. He is on the Board of Directors at Banque Heritage (Uruguay) SA. He joined the Bank in 2006 and has held a number of key senior management positions before being named Chief Executive Officer in July 2017.
From January 2014 to July 2017, he was the Global Head of Private Banking.
His prior assignments included Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank, positions which afforded him an in-depth and thorough understanding of the intricacies of banking operations, the inherent regulatory framework, and the bank’s client service offering.
Before joining Banque Heritage, he was Chief Financial Officer at a leading firm in the global fashion industry where he was responsible for the financial management of the group and where he also sat on the Board of Directors.
During this time, he was appointed a member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive, Audit, and IT committees at Banque Heritage.
He started his professional career in the corporate internal audit division of Nestlé’s Swiss headquarters.
Mr. Esteve holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Lausanne, HEC as well as a Master’s degree in Economics, majoring in Business Administration from the same establishment.
