Established in 2000, the firm is an investment boutique that specializes in selecting companies, as well as fixed-income in the Euro zone. Sabadell Asset Management SA SGIIC SU (Sabadell AM) is the wholly-owned Spanish fund management subsidiary of Amundi SA, which is owned by Rue La Boëtie SAS’ Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA) in France. Founded in 1986, the firm is headquartered in Barcelona and has additional office in Madrid. Sabadell AM provides investment management services and distribution services to Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) domiciled in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. They also provide discretional and customized portfolio management services.

Allianz Global Investors Italia SGR SpA (AGI-IT) was established in 1970 and was formerly known as RAS Asset Management, part of the Milan-based Gruppo RAS-Riunione Adriatica di Sicurtà SpA, whose merger into Allianz SE was finalized in 2006. AGI-IT is a subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors Europe Holding GmbH which is a part of Allianz SE (FR: ALV). The firm manages mutual funds, pension funds, a fund of funds, a SICAV (under Irish law) and discretionary portfolios for institutional clients and private individuals.

Popular Asset Management SGIIC SA (Popular AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Banco Santander SA (BME: SAN) in Spain. The firm was founded as Allianz Popular Asset Management SGIIC SA in 2012 when Allianz Gestión SGIIC SA and Popular Gestión SGIIC SA merged. Headquartered in Madrid, Popular AM provides investment management services for private and institutional clients.
