Matthew J. Henderson

Matt Henderson, CFA, is a portfolio manager and directs research efforts at PacWest Financial Management, Inc. PacWest is a registered investment advisory firm specializing in managing assets for high net worth individuals and select institutions.
Mr. Henderson joined PacWest in January 2001.
His duties include equity and fixed income research and trading, portfolio management, financial planning and business development.
Mr. Henderson's previous employment includes working as an Assistant Portfolio Manager on the $23 Billion pension fund at the Arizona State Retirement System.
In this role, he aided the internal equity and fixed income portfolio managers in the investment of over $7 Billion in assets.
Prior to this, he worked for Reuters StockVal, an investment software company.
Mr. Henderson conducted equity analysis on individual companies in the StockVal database.
Also, he advised institutional investors in using StockVal to help manage their portfolios.
As an active member of the community, he serves as a trustee for the Arizona Educational Foundation.
