Megan Rodkin

Megan Rodkin is the Associate General Counsel for Golden Gate Capital.
Previously, she was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, LP, where she concentrated her practice on complex transactions, including the representation of private equity funds and venture capital funds in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth equity investments, and equity and debt financings.
Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Edith Brown Clement of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, cum laude, and her J.D.
from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was a comment editor for the Law Review.
She is a member of the California Bar.
