Sparinvest SA (Denmark) (Sparinvest DK) is the Danish asset management division of Sparinvest SA in Luxembourg, ultimately held by Forenet Kredit fmba in Denmark. Headquartered in Randers C, Sparinvest DK was founded in 1968 and manages and administers Danish-domiciled mutual funds, specialized investment funds, special-purpose funds and public limited companies for institutional and private investors. Sparinvest DK is a socially responsible investor and signatory of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI).

Nykredit Bank A/S (Investment Management) (Nykredit IM) is the investment management division of Nykredit Bank A/S, ultimately held by Forengin Nykredit in Denmark. The firm was founded in 1851 and changed their name to Nykredit in 1985 when Forenede Kreditforeninger and Jyllands Kreditforening merged. Nykredit IM is headquartered in Copenhagen and provides securities management, deposit and loan products, financial instruments and asset management services for individual, corporate and commercial clients.
