Michele Spitzer

Michele is the Head of Platform and Portfolio at Asymmetric.
Prior to joining the Asymmetric team, Michele led Operations at Savvy, a San Francisco-based employer health insurance platform (acquired in May 2022).
Previously, she led the People team at Catalant Technologies, a Boston-based software company enabling on-demand access to expertise (where she worked closely with Rob!).
She started her career in McKinsey’s Chicago office, where she worked across a range of industries and functions before specializing in lean management.
Michele received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A.
in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University (where she became friends with Nancy!).
Michele lives in San Francisco with her fiancé Greg.
