Milly Lee

Prior to joining PFM in December 2008, Ms. Lee served as a Director in the Municipal Securities Group at UBS, where she served as the primary day-to-day banker for transportation clients and helped them originate and execute complex bond and derivative financings.
Ms. Lee assisted clients with evaluation of outstanding debt, analysis of refunding and derivative opportunities, and development of long-term capital plans.
She was responsible for all stages of new money and refunding debt offerings including structuring, preparation and review of bond documents and credit enhancement agreements, rating agency presentations, pricing updates and final pricing.
Ms. Lee completed transactions for toll highway and bridge such as the New York State Thruway Authority, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel District and the New York State Bridge Authority.
Her transit clients include the Los Angeles MTA, Bi-State Development Agency, San Diego Metropolitan Transit Development Board and Sacramento Regional Transit District.
She has served airport clients including the City of Chicago O’Hare International Airport, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, Jacksonville Aviation Authority, Monroe County Key West International Airport, the Airport Authority of Washoe County and Colorado Springs Airport.
Ms. Lee earned a BA from Vassar College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
