Mr. Nathaniel Salter is a Global Head of Investment Research at FIL Investment Advisors (UK) Ltd.
In this role he is responsible for bringing together and managing the investment research teams across Fidelity.
He and his team have day-to-day management of the fixed income and equity analysts globally, the research specialist team, as well as the portfolio managers with the greatest proximity to research (sectors & thematics).
In addition to building a private markets research capability, his group draws together all research teams within the firm, having dotted line reporting responsibility for real estate research, quant research and manager research within Solutions & Multi Asset.
He is the deputy co-chair of the Sustainable Investing Operating Committee (SIOC) given the critical role he played in the development of Fidelity’s Proprietary ESG Rating.
He received his undergraduate degree from Kenyon College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
