Nicole S. Ruff

Ms. Ruff joined Corsair in April 2007.
Ms. Ruff was previously an Associate in the chief investment office of J.P.
Morgan Chase & Co, and prior to that in the finance department of J.P.
Morgan Partners.
In these capacities, she focused primarily on supporting private equity investment activity, including on certain aspects of J.P.
Morgan's relationship with Corsair.
Prior to joining J.P.
Morgan she was at Investors Bank and Trust Company, where she was a fund accountant servicing various private equity funds.
Ms. Ruff holds a B.A.
in psychology from Boston University.
