Investor AB (Investment Company) (Investor-IC) is the investment division of Investor AB (STO: INVE-B; LSE: INU), a Swedish public company established in 1916 as the investment vehicle for the Wallenberg family, which still owns a significant part of the firm. Investor AB is an industrial holding company which manages private equity funds listed on the Swedish stock exchange. Zenit Asset Management AB (Zenit) is the alternative investment management subsidiary of Brummer & Partners AB in Sweden. Established in 1996, the firm is based in Stockholm and was set up to manage the Zenit hedge fund, investing in global equities and equity-related financial instruments.
